Founded in the summer of 2014 in San Francisco, California, Peter & Co. began as a project presented as site embedded works in public spaces; from the Santa Barbara County Courthouse, to Claes Oldenburg & Coosje van Bruggen's Cupid’s Span (CA), MOCA Cleveland (OH), and the Gerald D. Hines Waterwall Park (TX).
On the West Coast, the company began presenting early works at SAFEhouse for the Performing Arts (Resident Company 2014-2016), ODC (Pilot 68), The Garage, PUSHfest, Gnosis Dance, sjDANCEco Fest, LEVYsalon, Nebula Dance Lab, and the Seattle International Dance Festival (2016, 2017).
Since relocating to New York City in the fall of 2017, Peter & Co. has presented original works at 92nd St. Y/Harkness Dance Center, The Ailey Studios, Judson Memorial Church, 14th ST. Y, Dixon Place, The Mark O'Donnell Theater at The Actors Fund Arts Center, twice at Arts On Site’s Performance Party, LaGuardia Performing Arts Center, and other notable venues.
